Director

Armand Joubert is the Director at 40four Financial Wellness, and he has over 14 years of experience in the short-term insurance industry. He has worked in both sales and servicing environments, gaining experience in underwriting, claims, and sales. Armand began his career at Old Mutual Insure, gaining valuable knowledge and skills to serve him well later. He then moved to Santam in 2018, where he excelled in the sales department and gained management expertise in personal and commercial broker spaces. While at Santam, Armand also joined the specialised segment group, focusing on high-net-worth personal lines, body corporate, commercial, and agri-business. Now, as an executive team member at 40four Financial Wellness, Armand brings his wealth of experience and expertise in product, sales, and business skills. He is committed to providing our brokers with exceptional service and expert advice.
